Patrick Hutchins, President

Patrick Hutchins joined the Company as President February 22nd 2016. Prior to arriving at Staco Systems, Mr. Hutchins served as the Vice President and General Manager for Lisi Aerospace -Torrance, CA Division from 2010-2016. Mr. Hutchins also served in several executive roles as Chief Operations Officer of Automated Precision Incorporated, Satellite Division President and Chief Operations Officer of CalAmp Corp and President and General Manager of Chloride Systems, a division of Genlyte Thomas (now Philips Lighting).  Mr. Hutchins has extensive experience providing high technology products and services for commercial electronics, wireless communications and power solutions for industrial and aerospace markets.  Mr. Hutchins received his Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering from North Carolina State University and Masters in Business Administration from the University of North Carolina at Wilmington.

Brett Meinsen, Vice President of Finance

Before joining Staco Systems, Brett Meinsen was Chief Financial Officer for nine years at Reinhold Industries, Inc., a publicly traded international manufacturer of composite products serving both commercial aerospace and military markets.  He was a key contributor in the profitable growth of the company, primarily through acquisitions.  Mr. Meinsen’s 25-year career also includes significant financial experience in the medical device and specialty metals industries, all in manufacturing environments.   Mr. Meinsen received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Quinnipiac University, Hamden, CT.  He is a Certified Public Accountant.

Jeff Bowen, Vice President of Sales – Americas

Jeff Bowen brings more than 18 years of global sales and management experience in the aerospace and defense industry to Staco Systems.   Mr. Bowen has been involved with driving and growing sales for both emerging and Fortune 500 technology companies with experience that spans sales, strategy development, implementation and commercial management.  Mr. Bowen’s business expertise includes an impressive track record of selling to major aerospace OEMs such as; Boeing, Raytheon, Rockwell Collins, Honeywell, Thales and Panasonic Avionics.   Mr. Bowen received his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Washington.

David Wilson, Vice President of Sales – International

David Wilson has more than 25 years experience working in both the defense and telecommunications industries, principally in the Asia/Pacific and European markets.  Mr. Wilson has enjoyed considerable success in the development of emerging markets and non-traditional applications.  He’s also held senior sales management positions in a number of major multi-national corporations including Motorola, NEC and Memotec Inc.   Mr. Wilson’s extensive experience includes work with markets in China, India, Germany, France, the United Kingdom, Russia and the Middle East.   Mr. Wilson is a Telecommunications Engineer and studied Business at Charles Stuart University in Australia.

Andy Bain, Vice President of New Product Development and Engineering Services

Andy Bain started at Staco Systems in 2008 as a Director of Sales.  He’s been in charge of the subsystems business unit since its inception in 2009, as well as other new product development, and was promoted to Vice President in 2013.  Prior to joining Staco, Mr. Bain worked for Ducommun Technologies Inc., Man Machine Interface Group where he served as the Global Sales Marketing Manager, and was later promoted to Integrated Product Team Leader.  His duties included strategic planning, mergers and acquisitions and systems integration.  Mr. Bain’s career started at Eaton Corporation, working in the Commercial and Aerospace groups. During his 16 years he held a series of positions of increasing responsibility in product management, sales and marketing management, business development, and strategic account management.   Mr. Bain earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Marketing from Clarkson University, Potsdam NY.

Wade Jensen, Director, Operations and Continuous Improvement

Mr. Jensen has more than 25 years experience in Manufacturing and Quality Operations. He has extensive experience in Automotive and Defense Industries. He is a Six Sigma Black Belt with experience in Toyota Product System and Lean manufacturing techniques. He has also implemented several Quality Management Systems as well as Environmental Management Systems. Mr. Jensen has a Bachelor of Science in Engineering Technology and a Masters in Business Administration.
