Costa Mesa, CA – September 9, 2008 - Staco Systems Expands International Trade Show Participation
Staco Systems continues its sales growth in international markets with expanded participation in major trade shows in Africa, China, and Europe.
Africa Aerospace and Defense 2008, the continent’s largest exhibit for the industry, is being held September 17 – 21 in Cape Town, South Africa. Jason Childs, Staco’s Vice President of Sales and Marketing, is joining partner Cobham Advanced Technologies in exhibiting Staco products in Hall 7, C-1. US Commercial Services is promoting Staco’s product lines in Hall 8, S-12. |

Bruce Gray, President
Bruce Gray has over 25 years of executive management experience in the technology industry, working with both private and public high growth companies. Prior to joining Staco Switch, Mr. Gray served as the CEO of Ethertronics Corporation, a supplier of advanced components into the wireless industry, the Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing for Novatel Wireless, a wireless modem manufacturer, and Managing Director of Uniden Electronics, a major supplier of communication products. Earlier in his career, Mr. Gray held senior management positions at US Robotics and Alcoa Electronics.
Mr. Gray has previously served on the Board of Directors of Ethertronics Corporation, Technocom Corporation, and is a member of the Advisory Council of Mobile Village.
Mr. Gray holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Alabama and a Master of Business Administration degree from the University of San Diego. |

James Yeh, Ph. D. Vice President of Engineering
Before joining Staco Systems, James Yeh was founder, President and CEO of OptoIC Technology where he pioneered innovative optical transceiver products for router, switch, and data storage equipment. Prior to OptoIC, James worked for seven years at Motorola and managed the development of optoelectronic technologies for new product applications.
James received his Ph.D. degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Arizona , Tucson .
He holds 10 U.S. patents and has published more than 30 technical papers in electronic and optoelectronic fields. |

Jason Childs, Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Before joining Staco Systems, Jason Childs was Regional Sales Director of QWEST Communications where he earned an impressive track record of success in driving revenue growth with existing and new customers. He has over 15 years of success in product and service based companies encompassing both commercial and industrial markets.
Jason received his BA Double Major in Marketing and Management from the University of North Dakota.
Jason currently serves on the AeA Government Affairs Committee. |

Dan R. Sugg, Vice President of Business Development
Before joining Staco Systems, Dan Sugg was Field Sales Representative for Marshall Industries, an electronic components distributor, where he sold electronic and electro-mechanical components. He has over 39 years of experience identifying business opportunities, developing new accounts, and generating sales. He was Sales Manager at Staco Systems for 7 years and VP of Sales for 19 years.
Dan received a B.S. degree in Marketing from San Diego State University, San Diego, CA. |

Geoffrey Garland, Controller
Before joining Staco Systems, Geoffrey Garland was Controller for one of the largest paper recyclers on the West Coast, WPPP, where he was part of a team that doubled the top-line revenue in two years. Previously, Geoffrey was CFO for a large insurance producer group, FFRLLC, Manager of Accounting for Christie Electric, and CFO for a national insurance benefits group.
Geoffrey received his undergraduate degree from Dickinson College, Carlisle, Pa, and his MBA from Pepperdine University. |

Peter Joel Jakubowski, Vice President of Operations
Before joining Staco Systems, Peter Jakubowski was Plant Manager of Amano Cincinnati, Inc., a successful electronics company, where he managed 70 reports in engineering, materials, test, quality, and logistics. Previously, Peter served as General Manager for Bond Tech. Inc., a profitable sheet metal company. He spent 11 years as Engineering Program Manager for MPS Engineering and 6 years as Vice President of Engineering for Gateway Scientific.
Peter received an MBA from the University of Phoenix ; an MS from the University of California , Los Angeles in Electrical Engineering; and a BS from the University of Southern California in Electrical Engineering.
Peter is a licensed/registered Professional Engineer (P.E.) in Electrical Engineering. He is also a registered patent agent and holds 7 utility patents. |
