Staco Systems Series 200 Pushbutton Switch Receives QPL Approval

Staco Systems, a leading supplier of aerospace control solutions, has announced that its Series 200 (S200) 4PDT lighted switch has received approval and is listed on the military’s Defense Supply Center Columbus (DSCC) Qualified Parts List (QPL).

Qualified Parts List (QPL) only lists products for which a manufacturer has received approval to sell to a certain specification. Each product must complete rigorous independent laboratory testing to receive this government compliance approval. The entire process takes more than six months & involves stringent environmental, electrical and mechanical testing.

The S200 switch completed the extensive qualifications testing in its state-of-the art QPL lighting and testing facility in Irvine, CA. The S200 met & exceeded the Mil Spec of MIL-PRF-22885 & MIL-STD-3009 requirements.

The S200 is designed for aerospace, commercial, avionics, and maritime applications. Achieving QPL approval guarantees the S200 meets the strict specifications that are required in order to be acceptable for military use.
